Heneb recently received a visit from MP Ben Lake at our head office in Llandeilo. Ben has been a great supporter of the work of the Trust over the last few years, especially during our partnership project with the Royal Commission at Pendinas near Aberystwyth. Ben enjoyed a tour of the office given by Richard Nicholls CEO and Luke Jenkins Business Development Manager. Ben met with several members of staff from the different departments within the Trust such as Planning, Heritage Management, the Historic Environment Record, Field Services and Outreach. He chatted with staff about some of their current projects, how they work with local communities and he event got to hold some genuine Roman artefacts! It was great to meet with Ben and everyone at Heneb is excited to build on this visit as a part of our ongoing relationship. Diolch Ben!
“I was overjoyed to be able to visit the Heneb Head Office, especially having met so many of the team over the years in various events and digs. It was fascinating to take a few hours to peek behind the curtain and gain an insight into the many aspects of the Trust’s work. We are so lucky in Wales to be served by such dedicated and talented experts, and I cannot wait to support Heneb in its future endeavours as it continues to inspire our communities to connect with our past“.
