Experience headlines: Senior executive for more than thirty years in the international energy industry. Chartered Accountant (FCA) with experience across a range of functions and disciplines including finance and accounting, legal and commercial, governance and human resources.  Significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions relating both to companies and assets.   More recently acquired exposure to charity law and governance.as a charity trustee and audit committee chair. Passionate about Wales, its history, culture and heritage. An enthusiastic second language Welsh speaker and volunteer excavator supporting archaeological projects in south west Wales.
