Experience headlines: Management Consultant now retired.  Prior to retirement working independently on large change programmes for corporate clients.  Long standing amateur interest in archaeology and heritage.  Proficient in Welsh as a second language.

Formerly:  Chair and Company Director / Trustee of the Dyfed Archaeological Trust.  Early career in Business Planning and IT.  Most of career as a Management Consultant facilitating technology, relocation and other organisational change. Formed a start-up consulting firm and grew it with colleagues for 10 years.  Council Member and President of Institute of Management Consultancy including its merger into the Chartered Management Institute.  Member and Chair of Standards Committee for Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Currently:  Chair Dyfed Regional Advisory Panel.
