Join us for an exciting Excavation Open Day at Greenfield Valley Heritage Park on July 26th!

Our team is returning to continue their excavations at Greenfield Valley Heritage Park and Basingwerk Abbey. Over the past two years, these sites have revealed thousands of years of previously undiscovered history, adding to Flintshire’s rich heritage.

The open day will feature a showcase of both archaeological and natural heritage. The team from Stori Brymbo will introduce their fascinating fossil forest and discuss the geology of the area.

This event is included with general admission.  For more details, Visit Greenfield Valley Visitor Information and events.
