Heneb – the Trust for Welsh Archaeology is delighted to be contributing to the programme for this years National Eisteddfod when it takes place next week in Isycoed, Wrecsam.
There will be two opportunities to hear expert archaeologists speak about local and national archaeology, revealing the fascinating history that exists on our doorsteps.
Join us in the Societies area of the Maes on Monday 4th August 11.30am for our first talk by Richard Nicholls, Chief Executive and Melissa Lambe, Archaeologist, on the Archaeology of Wrecsam. Then on Tuesday 5th August 11.30am join our Chair, Dr Carol Bell and Head of Archaeology John Roberts as we share Heneb’s vision for the future and look at archaeology projects across the whole of Wales.
