As part of the Cadw-funded pan-Wales Ports and Harbours Project, this study focused on identifying the maritime archaeological resource of Milford Haven Waterway. Using documentary research and GIS mapping, known sites were catalogued and integrated into the Regional Historic Environment Record. The project worked closely with key stakeholders, including port and local authorities, environmental agencies, and community groups, to ensure effective management of this fragile heritage. The report highlights the known and potential archaeological resource, outlines future threats, and provides a framework for decision-makers to safeguard this finite and non-renewable asset.
