Formerly: Head of European Equity Research at JP Morgan, Director of the Development Bank of Wales and Acting Chair of Amgueddfa Cymru.

Currently: Director of Museum of London Archaeology, Council Member of Research England, Senior Independent Director of the National Physical Laboratory, Treasurer of the Society of Antiquaries and Director of the Football Association of Wales. Founder director of Chapter Zero, a membership association for non-executive directors that engages with climate risk mitigation.
