Experience Headlines: Archaeologist and historic environment management and protection specialist with experience of heritage led regeneration, international heritage conventions, organisational management, leadership and governance. 

Formerly: 15 years at the Glamorgan Gwent Archaeological Trust helping to establish an archaeological advisory service for local planning authorities. Subsequently, at English Heritage and Historic England, worked in various roles, focussing on the management and protection of the historic environment and its role as a driver of economic and social development. Two terms as a commissioner of RCAHMW/CBHC. 

Company Director/Trustee, Glamorgan Gwent Archaeological Trust; awarded OBE for services to heritage protection in 2020.

Currently: Retired from full time employment; Board Member, World Heritage UK.
