Experience headlines: Strategic communications consultant and entrepreneur with significant charity Board experience. Over 25 years spent advising companies, organisations and governments on all aspects of communications. Roles have ranged from successfully launching and building several start-up businesses to leadership positions in large, international companies, both private and listed. Welsh speaker.

Currently: Partner and co-Founder of Williams Nicolson, a Strategic Communications and Change Management consultancy, Trustee at The National Botanic Garden of Wales. Board advisor at Smart Thinking (trade association for think tanks), Old Members Trustee at Lincoln College, Oxford University.
