Following the launch of Heneb – the Trust for Welsh Archaeology’s ambitious 5 year plan for archaeology in Wales at the Senedd in January 2026, we are delighted to now offer 2 x Trustee roles. We have a vacancy for a Trustee representing Gwynedd, Ynys Mon and Conwy and we are also recruiting an additional Trustee to support our important work across Wales.

These are highly rewarding roles in which you can help share and influence the future of archaeology in Wales. If you are interested in applying, please see the role descriptions attached. To apply, please follow the guidance at the end of the Role Description, or if you would like an informal discussion about either role please contact [email protected]

We look forward to hearing you as we continue to increase the profile of Heneb on its journey to protect, safeguard and share Wales’ archaeology.
